A Psychological Counseling program under the topic of “Attractive Public Service through Emotional control and Positive attitudes” for the officers of Pathahewaheta Divisional Secretariat was conducted by veteran lecturer Mr. Chanaka Sendanayake on 17th of December 2019 at the auditorium of the Pathahewaheta Divisional Secretariat.
